Goods
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website or other forms of advertisement; however to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and you may encounter variations in colour, texture, scent and wrapping as our handmade range of products are made in small batches.
Ordering
When placing an order you will be guided by simple instructions. Once your order has been placed you will be sent an email with your order number, the goods ordered and the value of the order which has been debited to your bank account/credit card/debit card.
The description of the Goods on our Website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell Goods. When an order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
The order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it.
Contract
When we confirm acceptance of your order by confirming the products have been dispatched a legally binding contract will exist between us.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. If we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order. This includes non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to ban certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept an order from any customer who we have suspended.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we have received full payment.

Payment
Your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.
Prices and VAT
Our prices, as stated on our website, are in pound sterling (£) and include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Customs
We currently only ship to addresses in the UK.

Resale
By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products is a breach of these terms and conditions and your agreement with us. If you want to resell our product, please contact us via e-mail.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
