This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by berryscape and how we use it. This applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in berryscape. Information collected

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

The personal information we collect include your name, address, email address, phone number if you opt into the newsletter option or register on our site. Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers also included.
If you log in with social media we collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Facebook Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. Your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Information used for

We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the site. Additionally, we use these to

  • communicate with you;

  • screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;

  • (when in line with the preferences you have shared with us,) provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services;

  • more generally to improve and optimise our site.

Who has access to this information?

We will not sell or lease your information to third parties, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. But we share some of the collected information with third parties to help us use them as described above.
For example: When you are using our secure online payment pages, your transaction is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. Our company is hosted by Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your Data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We may also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the site.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:


  • The right to access - You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.

Use of ‘cookies’
